Orders & pricing
Prices on solid gold, silver and platinum pieces track the live precious-metals market and may change at any time before purchase. Adding a piece to your cart locks its price for 60 minutes; after that, your cart updates to the current price before checkout. The price you pay is always the price shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.
Product information
Specifications (metal, purity, gram weight, stone details) come from manufacturer data and are provided in good faith; minor manufacturing variances within industry tolerances can occur. If a piece you receive doesn't match its published specification, our return policy makes it right at our cost. Jewelry is sold as personal adornment — nothing on this site is investment, financial, or resale-value advice.
Shipping, returns & warranty

Gold Buy Back
The Buy Back program applies only to solid gold pieces purchased from us, provides store credit only (never cash), and is quoted case-by-case from your original order's documented specifications. Full program terms on the Gold Buy Back page govern.
Reviews & content you submit
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with a product you own. We moderate for authenticity and legality and may decline to publish content that violates these terms; we do not suppress reviews merely for being negative.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Questions: Contact us.
