30-day returns
Not right? Send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition with all packaging, and we'll refund the piece in full. Contact us first and we'll walk you through the insured return shipment.
Manufacturer warranty
Every piece is warranted against manufacturing defects. A clasp that fails, a stone that loosens from its setting under normal wear — we repair or replace it. Damage from misuse, resizing by a third party, or normal surface wear isn't covered.
What we never do
No restocking fees on standard catalog pieces. No "store credit only" games. The spec panel told you exactly what you bought — if it isn't that, it comes back on us.
