What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. Payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. If you join our email list, write a review, or contact us, we keep what you submit. Like most sites, we also collect basic technical data (browser, pages visited) to keep the site working and measure our advertising.
How we use it
To fulfill your order (including sharing your shipping address with our fulfillment partner — that's how your piece reaches you), send order updates, answer your messages, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional emails about new pieces. We use advertising and analytics tools (such as Meta and Google) that may use cookies to measure campaigns.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information. We never share it with anyone except the service providers needed to deliver your order (payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, email) — each bound to use it only for that purpose.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from marketing email anytime via the link in any message. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us — we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on your state (including under Texas law), you may have additional rights; we honor verified requests regardless of where you live.
