Fashion pieces live separately in The Essentials and are labeled exactly as what they are.

Because we don't pay for what they pay for — and don't hide what they hide. Many popular “gold chain” brands sell gold bonded over steel at solid-gold prices; we sell stamped solid karat gold and print the purity on every page. We carry no showroom, no celebrity sponsorships, and our pieces ship direct from a New York Diamond District manufacturer. Transparency is the discount.

Every solid piece lists its purity and specifications, our prices move with the live metals market shown at the top of the site — in both directions — and lab-grown diamonds come with independent IGI certification you can verify yourself. A price you can audit beats a discount you have to believe.

Solid gold, silver and platinum prices track the live precious-metals market — the same spot prices shown in the ticker at the top of the site. When the metal moves, our prices move honestly in both directions. When you add a piece to your cart, its price locks for 60 minutes.

Every order ships from the United States — never overseas. Insured Standard is free on orders of $149 or more ($9.95 under that, 3–6 business days); Insured Express is $29.95 (1–2 business days). Fully insured with tracking, dispatched within 1–2 business days. US delivery only for now.

30 days from delivery, original unworn condition with packaging, full refund on the piece — no restocking fees. Contact us first and we'll send an insured return label.

Manufacturing defects — a failed clasp, a stone loosening under normal wear — repaired or replaced by us. Misuse, third-party resizing, and normal surface wear aren't covered.

Yes — pay-over-time with Affirm is available at checkout on qualifying orders, alongside all major cards through our secure Stripe checkout.

Chemically and optically they're identical — lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, created above ground, at a significantly lower price. We label every stone precisely so you always know which you're buying.

We don't currently offer resizing, and third-party resizing isn't covered by the warranty — so if the size isn't right, use the 30-day return window instead. Available sizes are listed on each product page.

Yes — the Custom Ring Studio designs engagement rings from your picture or sketch. You approve photoreal 3D CAD renders before anything is cast, we revise until you sign off, and the finished ring ships in roughly 2–4 weeks after approval. Start on the Custom Ring Studio page.
