Partner Program

Terms & Payout Policy

Plain-English summary of the partner agreement. Pending final legal review.

Commission

You earn a percentage of the order subtotal on every valid, completed order placed within 30 days of a customer clicking your link. All partners start at 3%. Your rate rises as your cumulative sales grow (up to 10%) — the current tiers are shown on your dashboard and the partner page. Rate increases apply to future sales after we confirm your volume, and are never retroactive. Commission is calculated on the item subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts applied.

When commission clears

Commission on each order becomes payable only after a 35-day clearing period — the 30-day return window plus a short buffer. This protects both of us: commission is never paid on an order that gets refunded or cancelled. Refunded, fraudulent, or cancelled orders earn no commission.

Payout process

Once your cleared, available balance reaches $50, you are eligible for payout. Payouts are reviewed and issued on a monthly cycle to the PayPal or Venmo you provide. To request your payout, reply to your welcome email. We may hold or review any payout we believe involves fraud, self-referral, or a violation of these terms.

Honest promotion only (FTC)

You must clearly disclose that your link is a paid/affiliate link wherever you share it — e.g. "#ad" or "affiliate link" — as US FTC rules require. [LEGAL REVIEW] No fake reviews, no spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on our brand name or trademarks in paid ads, and no self-referral (buying through your own link). Violations forfeit unpaid commission and end the partnership.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on commission you earn. US partners who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked for a W-9 and issued a 1099. [LEGAL REVIEW]

Changes & termination

We may adjust commission rates, update these terms, or end the program or an individual partnership at any time, with cleared commission honored through the change. [LEGAL REVIEW — termination and rate-change notice provisions.]
